Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc. seeks friendly, professional unarmed security guards with customer service and security experience to join our Rhode Island team.

Positions include seasonal, part-time and full-time shifts with weekend and holiday requirements. Applicants must pass a RI background check, maintain logs, and report incidents. We offer benefits and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 19+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and personally owned vehicle.
• 1 year of security experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible with shift availability; ability to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stand post and monitor access points.
• Maintain an accurate log during shift.
• Report safety/maintenance matters and incidents.
• Conduct walking property tours.
• Identify and report issues to dispatch and supervisors.

Job description

Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc, seeks to hire unarmed security guards who are friendly, professional and have customer service and security experience.

Work shifts: Seasonal worker. Part-time and full-time opportunities. We are looking for candidates that have flexibility with shift availability. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be available 2 shifts per week and at least one weekend day per week.

Job description: Stand post, maintain logs, conduct walking property tours, identify and report safety/maintenance matters.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 19+ years of age
• Valid Drivers' License and Personally Owned Vehicle
• 1 year of security experience
• Capable of following complex instructions
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Flexible work availability
• Command presence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal cell phone (to call on and off duty with our dispatch center)
• Personal e-mail (to accept and confirm shift assignments)
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
• Ability to pass a RI background check
