Job summary

Brobston Group in San Francisco is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique during the holiday season.

The role supports the sales team, greets clients, assists with packaging, restocks merchandise, maintains workstation standards, and helps with post-sale activities, including follow-up. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work on site.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales process by retrieving, hanging, and returning merchandise and preparing the stockroom.
• Maintain organized workstations and selling-floor standards, and replenish supplies and merchandise.
• Assist with client service, concierge, greeter, and after-sales activities, including repair records and client follow-up.
• Answer phones promptly and provide courteous customer service.
