Five Below is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to be at the heart of the action during the busy holiday season. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while driving strong sales, with responsibilities including keeping merchandise organized and providing seamless checkout experiences.

Key duties include greeting customers, understanding needs, suggesting products, promoting events, resolving concerns, and communicating with management.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers promptly: approach and acknowledge customers, provide assistance and manage multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs: share product knowledge, answer questions, direct to merchandise, offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns: address issues and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management: inform about restocking and service requirements in a timely manner.
• Support team and company goals: collaborate to achieve store objectives.
