Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to greet customers, operate the register, merchandise products and maintain a clean store. This temporary role supports peak periods by handling customer service, promoting promotions, and assisting with receiving and stocking.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to help the team during high-volume times. Join a team that values customer focus, teamwork and a friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and effective interaction with customers and teammates.

Responsabilités

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the register.
• Be knowledgeable of all promotions to answer questions and support donation programs.
• Maintain a neat and organized front end work area.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Communicate customer needs to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the overall store.
• Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.
