Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for various products and services.
• Encourage and participate in team selling.
• Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Contribute to achieving store sales volume and personal sales goals.
• Assist with alterations when tailors are available and provide recommendations.
• Help with stock reception, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
• Support visual merchandising and brand standards across the store.
• Monitor security and report damaged or missing items.
• Participate in stock counts and report discrepancies.
