Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a drive to meet store objectives.
• Comfortable with technology (smartphones, tablets, Windows).
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around store areas and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers with personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle inquiries and returns.
• Support store operations: store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, and merchandising.
• Maintain selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily replenishment.
• Stay informed on products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and teamwork.
• Follow asset protection and safety procedures to minimize risk.
• Assist with training tools and ongoing skill development.
