Belk is hiring for Seasonal roles across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and more in U.S. stores. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented with ability to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, providing personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns.
• Support store operations including store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotions, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness.
• Stay informed of products, promotions, policies, and store events.
• Contribute to a positive store culture and teamwork.
• Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines.
