As a Seasonal team member, you'll deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer. Whether on the sales floor, at transactions, or behind-the-scenes, you’ll help meet store goals and build repeat business.

Qualifications

• Dedication to customer service and achieving store objectives.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a retail environment.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and contribute to store success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using technology (smartphones, tablets, Windows).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regularly move around store areas and assist customers.
• Able to lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, providing personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently; handle inquiries and returns.
• Support store operations including curbside pickup, pricing, and merchandising.
• Maintain selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and events.
• Contribute to a positive store culture with teammates.
• Follow asset protection and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
