Job summary

Bloomingdale's Seasonal Sales Professionals guide and inspire customers to make style a source of creative energy in their lives. You deliver the Bloomingdale's experience through conversation, staying welcoming, engaging and inquisitive, creating a human connection with shoppers.

You will actively circulate the sales floor, identify customer needs, promote Loyalty benefits, and support the shopping journey from start to finish with operational excellence and store fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
