Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology ( computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices ).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• On-the-job training will teach procedural knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly; approach and acknowledge customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and directing to merchandise.
• Engage in suggestive selling and inform customers about events and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and service requirements.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
