Five Below in Sarasota, FL is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service during the holiday season (October through January). The role is temporary and focuses on keeping merchandise organized and providing seamless checkout experiences.

You will greet customers, assess needs, suggest products, inform them about promotions, and collaborate with the team to meet store goals.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old.
Available to work a flexible schedule.
Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues professionally.
Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Greet and assist customers promptly: Acknowledge customers and provide assistance efficiently.

Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
Resolve customer concerns and turn returns into exchanges when possible.
