Job summary

Five Below Inc. is hiring for an hourly store associate to greet customers, answer questions, and help shoppers find products on the sales floor. You will handle transactions, assist with promotions, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communication skills with customers and ability to engage effectively.
• Able to learn procedures through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate merchandise needs and customer feedback to management.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
