Five Below, Inc. is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate for our Louisville store. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the floor remains well-stocked while providing seamless checkout experiences.

The role is temporary for the holiday season—October through January. Key duties include greeting customers, answering questions, and promoting promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule (including holidays).
• Willing to learn technology such as computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Willingness to learn procedures through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously.
• Understand needs and recommend merchandise; assist with find-and-sell.
