Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates in Indianapolis to deliver outstanding customer service during the busy holiday season (October through January).

You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, handle transactions at the register, keep aisles stocked, and contribute to a positive, energetic shopping experience.

Flexible scheduling including day, evening, weekends; must be at least 16; comfortable with technology; team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly; acknowledge and help multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and directing to merchandise.
• Promote store events and promotions to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer replacement options where appropriate.
• Communicate restocking and service needs to management in a timely manner.
• Support team and company goals by contributing to a positive work environment.
