Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season (Oct–Jan). You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and drive sales while keeping merchandise organized and the store replenished.

Responsibilities include handling checkout with accuracy, addressing customer questions, promoting events, and supporting the team to meet store goals. Flexible schedule and on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, hand-held devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly; engage multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand needs, share product knowledge and offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and feedback.
• Support team and company goals to maintain a productive environment.
