Job summary

Five Below Inc. seeks a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate for the busy holiday season (October through January). You will greet customers, keep merchandise organized, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

The role requires a passion for customer service, flexibility to work day/evening/weekends, and comfort with technology such as cash registers and handheld devices. Training will be provided to learn procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability is required.
• Comfort with or willingness to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Strong communication with customers is essential.
• Ability to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Basic information-gathering skills to solve problems and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and provide assistance.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate stock/merchandise needs to management in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
