Five Below is hiring for a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate for the busy holiday season (October through January). You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the sales floor stays stocked while providing seamless checkout experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology.
• Good communicator with the ability to engage customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge.
