Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the October–January holiday season in Manor, TX. You will provide friendly, high-energy customer service, stock aisles, and operate the register to ensure a seamless checkout experience.

You should be able to work a flexible schedule, handle multiple customers, and stay organized while promoting promotions and assisting with merchandise availability.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and process returns/exchanges when possible.
