Qualifications

• Candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire customers to make style a source of creative energy in their lives.
• Deliver the Bloomingdale's customer experience through the art of conversation, welcoming and engaging customers on the sales floor.
• Actively circulate the sales floor, determine customer needs, and support the shopping experience from start to finish using the store's fulfillment system.
