Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and support daily sales during peak seasons. You will greet customers warmly, help locate merchandise, process returns, and participate in visual merchandising to reflect brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, retail experience is preferred, and a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: greet customers, answer questions, and assist with locating merchandise.
• Sales floor maintenance: keep the floor clean, organized, and well stocked to reflect brand standards.
• Cash handling & POS: operate the register, handle payments, promote MINISO Membership, and use POS for promotions and inventory checks.
• Other duties: follow policies, support team, and maintain a professional attitude.
