Bloomingdale’s is seeking Seasonal Sales Professionals to guide customers and inspire by turning style into personal expression. You’ll deliver an engaging in-store experience, using technology and a friendly touch to understand needs and showcase products.

You will support the loyalty program, ensure smooth transactions at the POS, and help maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms. This role requires a friendly, proactive team player with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable shopping experience.
• Circulate the sales floor and identify customer needs to recommend products.
• Explain loyalty programs and assist with the shopping experience from start to finish.
• Support operational excellence by using the store fulfillment system and merchandising standards.
• Maintain neat fitting rooms and floor presentation.
