Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to assist customers and help maintain store appearance. This temporary position supports high-volume periods with duties in customer service, merchandising, and front-end execution.

Base hourly pay ranges from $15.25 to $16.25, with a 20% associate discount on Ollie’s purchases. Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the register, knowing promotions, stocking and merchandising, and ensuring store

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers at entry/exit and as they approach the front end.
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of promotions to answer questions and support promotions.
• Maintain a neat and organized front end work area.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery.
• Communicate customer needs to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the overall store.
• Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.
