Kipling is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate in our New York store to deliver best-in-class service and energize the customer experience.

You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and support visual merchandising, stocking, and cashier duties during peak season. Prior retail experience is a plus; high school diploma or equivalent preferred, with strong communication and teamwork a must.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to engage with a diverse group of customers and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement and drive sales.
• Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and store presentation.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention as needed.
