Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for its Newark, Delaware location. In this role you’ll help deliver exceptional customer service, support store operations, and contribute to promotional efforts during peak seasons.

You will collaborate with store leadership, assist across departments, and act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about Crocs products and collaborations. Applicants must be 16+ and flexible to nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

• Must be 16 years or older
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position
• A team first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment

• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
