Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to support store activities during peak seasons. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain product knowledge to elevate the customer experience.

In this temporary role, you will contribute to flexible scheduling, participate in floorset activities, and help ensure brand standards are met while assisting with processing, replenishment, and cashier duties. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards on the sales floor.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock-out solutions.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
