Job summary

The North Face in Indianapolis is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to engage customers, share product knowledge, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You will contribute to store performance through sales, merchandising, and exceptional service, with 0–1 year of experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

This role supports peak season with potential to transition to regular employment; pay range is $14.00–$19.80 per hour and eligibility for VF
