Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to engage customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will embody Boot Barn's Mission, Vision and Values while demonstrating product knowledge, selling and service expertise, and strong POS proficiency.

Seasonal Partners support merchandising, stock replenishment, and store housekeeping, while helping drive key metrics such as units per transaction and average dollar per transaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays and housekeeping.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and manage POS cash and media responsibilities.
• Partner with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
