Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to engage with customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience, embodying our Mission, Vision and Values with selling and service expertise, product knowledge, and POS proficiency. You will work to exceed goals, learn merchandise promotions, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive team environment.

Seasonal employment is based on business needs and ends as directed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT, ADT, add-ons and customer information capture rates.
• Be informed about current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS registers.
• Seek ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
