A seasonal retail company in Loves Park, Illinois is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in setting up, merchandising, and maintaining guest services. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods. The position offers an hourly rate ranging from $15.00 to $15.25 dependent upon qualifications and experience, along with various benefits including paid leave and premium pay programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement for this position is 16.
• The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• May require 8 hours of standing/walking.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
