Job summary

Spirit Halloween is hiring a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in setting up, merchandising, packing up and teardown for a seasonal location. You will maintain Guest Services per Spirit standards and help drive sales through effective sign waving, pricing and POS operations while ensuring loss prevention and neat presentation.

Responsibilities include general housekeeping, merchandising, signing and contributing to a friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing/walking for up to 8 hours may be required.
