Job summary

Spirit Halloween is looking for a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team. In this role, you will assist in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of a seasonal store while maintaining excellent Guest Services.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $16.90 to $17.15, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include California Paid Sick Time and various premium pay programs based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Physical ability to spend up to 8 hours standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Management Team in setup and teardown of the store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales and assist with merchandising and pricing.
