Le Creuset seeks a Seasonal Part-Time Sales Lead/Key Holder for our Pottstown store during the holiday season. You will perform opening and closing duties, secure the store, and handle cash procedures while delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding brand standards.

The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

As a Seasonal Part-Time Sales Lead/Key Holder, you will support the retail store team during our busy holiday season. This is a temporary position expected to continue through January 8, 2027. You will be responsible for designated opening and closing duties, including securing the store and completing required cash-handling and operational procedures. Through your enthusiasm for the Le Creuset brand and products, you will create exceptional customer experiences, contribute to store sales goals, and help maintain our visual and operational standards.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

• Open and Close the Store: Perform authorized opening and closing procedures, including securing the store, managing keys and alarm codes, completing cash-handling responsibilities, and ensuring required operational and safety checks are completed.
• Support Sales and Customer Experience: Contribute to the achievement of sales and KPI goals, provide personalized service, and share product knowledge related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.
• Maintain Operational and Visual Standards: Support cash management, merchandising, inventory control, loss-prevention procedures, and the execution of Le Creuset’s visual and operational standards.
• Contribute to a Positive Team Environment: Communicate effectively, collaborate with team members and store leadership, demonstrate accountability, and adapt to changing business needs.

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
• Experience with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, or other key-holder responsibilities preferred
• Dependability, sound judgment, and the ability to follow established security and operational procedures
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and the Le Creuset brand
• This is a temporary, seasonal position supporting the store during the busy holiday season. The seasonal assignment is expected to end on January 8, 2027. Continued employment beyond this date is not guaranteed and will depend on business needs and position availability.
