Job summary

UGG in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to create personalized shopping experiences and promote our brand's values. You will stay current on products, promotions, and initiatives to engage customers and respond to their needs.

You will lead a small team, greet customers, handle the cash register, manage inventory and back stock, and uphold a positive store environment while communicating our return policy and sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and respond to questions.
• Explain and enforce the return policy and provide exceptional service end-to-end.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and employee break area, and promote a positive work environment.
