Job summary

Natural Choice Foods seeks a Sales Assistant (Seasonal) to back up the Sales team during peak periods. You’ll handle order entry, communicate with customers, coordinate inventory, and perform general administrative tasks to ensure timely order processing and a positive customer experience.

The role is temporary, requiring strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset as you collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Admin teams to meet high-demand timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales support, or administrative work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow established processes.
• Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries and route requests as needed.
• Assist with order entry, updates, and confirmations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Support Sales Account Managers with daily administrative and customer-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer information, pricing details, and account notes.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in sales and inventory systems.
• Assist with basic reporting, tracking, and documentation.
• Organize files, records, and internal documentation.
• Provide general support across Sales and Operations during high-volume periods.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Administrative teams.
• Provide support on special projects and urgent needs during peak season.
