Buckle is seeking a Sales Teammate in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on creating an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests, handling sales transactions, merchandising, and store upkeep.

You will assist Guests, answer questions, and maintain a high level of service across the sales floor and fitting areas. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to store policies, and participation in daily store tasks including opening/closing cash registers, product presentation, and guest support.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Assist Guests with locating or selecting merchandise and complete purchases.
• Maintain store presentation and assist with merchandising and operations.
• Follow POS procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
