World Market is seeking team members to enhance the in-store experience and assist customers with product selection. You will share product knowledge, help customers find the perfect items, and process in-store checkouts along with buy-online-pickup orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Retail experience encouraged but not required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and make the shopping experience fun and memorable.
• Share passion and product knowledge to help customers find items.
• Process in-store checkouts and buy online pickup orders.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and shelf replenishment standards.
• Assist with freight processing and truck unloading as needed.
