QVC Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales/Design Associate for the Garnet Hill store in Dedham, MA, onsite from October to January. The role focuses on delivering a delightful guest experience, utilizing design expertise, and driving sales while assisting customers in selecting apparel and home products crafted from natural fibers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Design experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems; cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the store on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor.
• Deliver excellent guest service by promoting a helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient environment for guests and team members.
• Provide design expertise during scheduled appointments and on-demand design time.
