Psycho Bunny is seeking a Seasonal Associate for the Washington Square on-site store. You will help create personalized customer experiences and use product knowledge to drive sales while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, assisting with replenishment, and building a loyal customer base through engaging service. This role supports the sales floor team and requires flexibility in schedule.

Qualificações

• Demonstrates passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Capable of collaborating with all Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.
• Experience with ringing transactions and basic store operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ring transactions and manage merchandise transfers and order fulfillment using POS systems.
• Build personal relationships with customers and drive sales through Bold Selling.
• Capture customer contact information to grow a loyal client base.
• Assist with visual directives and maintain store housekeeping standards.
• Support replenishment, recovery, and selling on the sales floor.
• Be familiar with stock loss and security procedures and follow them.
• Perform other duties as required by store management.
