Job summary

Belk is hiring for multiple retail roles across Sales, Support and Store Fulfillment, including Full-time, Part-time and Flex positions. Seasonal team members will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will greet customers, process transactions, assist with curbside pickup, pricing, merchandising and stock replenishment while maintaining clean selling areas and accurate signage.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and Windows devices.
• Reliable schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership in achieving store objectives and daily priorities.
• Greet and assist customers to provide personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and answer customer inquiries and returns.
• Support store operations including curbside pickup, pricing, promotions and merchandising.
• Maintain clean, well-organized selling areas and signage.
• Learn products, policies and store events to inform customers accurately.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate with teammates.
• Follow safety, asset protection and inventory procedures.
