Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage them throughout their shopping experience.
• Identify customer needs, recommend products, and provide personalized service.
• Use selling techniques to maximize sales with a customer-first approach.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and current trends.
• Assist with product selection and locating merchandise in the store.
• Stock, recover displays, and perform housekeeping to keep the floor inviting.
• Ensure displays are signed, stocked, and located per company standards.
• Monitor store safety and report concerns to management.
• Punctual attendance and professional appearance at all times.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with merchandising updates, price changes, and inventory projects.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
