Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives and daily priorities
• Greet, engage and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently; handle inquiries, returns and concerns with professionalism
• Support store operations by assisting with tasks such as store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotions, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising
• Maintain visually appealing selling areas, signage, fitting rooms and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment
• Stay informed of products, promotions, policies and store events to deliver accurate information to customers and enhance service
• Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates and celebrating achievements
• Follow asset protection and safety guidelines, support inventory accuracy and minimize risk
