See's Candies in The Grove, CA is seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals for Sales Associate roles to deliver exceptional customer service and help our customers find the perfect sweets.

As part of our team you will greet customers, share product knowledge, handle cash transactions, maintain a clean, well-merchandised store, and contribute to meeting sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend, holiday, and evening flexibility is required. The pay rate is $20.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
