GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through genuine connections, attention to detail, and personalized service, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and goal-driven approach
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a changing environment
