Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking team members in Joplin, Missouri to assist with the setup and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Management Team, maintaining guest services, and ensuring effective merchandising and sales operations. Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years.
• Physical demands: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, standing/walking for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per company standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
