Away Travel Limited is hiring a Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate for the Santana Row location in San Jose, CA. This role is part of the seasonal program with potential for part-time or full-time work after the 2026 holidays.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers on products, and maintain store standards while supporting events and operations. Availability includes weekends and mornings per the schedule.

Join The Crew

We are hiring a Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate to join our Santana Row team.

Our Retail team creates a transformative experience for each and every customer that visits any of our seventeen stores. We build connections with our customers through product education, world-class-service standards, and operational excellence. We pride ourselves in owning the offline touch point for our brand, and use it as an opportunity to foster a stronger Away community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a widely celebrated brand that is looking to continue to innovate and iterate. We’re looking for candidates that are excited to provide best-in-class support to all of our customers from their arrival, and until their departure.

Part-time employees must be available to work at least 16 hours per week, including availability on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week. Additionally, this role requires morning availability Monday-Thursday. All employees are expected to adhere to Away’s Blackout Period expectations. • You’ll assist with any necessary processes and procedures to ensure optimal store operations
