Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Orlando to support daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will embody the Resort Chic lifestyle, build relationships, and share product knowledge while maintaining a bright, energetic store atmosphere.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with a focus on driving store performance and adapting to peak seasonal periods. This position is hourly and non-exempt.
