Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking team members to support the setup, merchandising, and teardown of a seasonal store, while maintaining guest services to company standards. You will help generate sales through merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention, contributing to a smooth seasonal transition.

The role requires the ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift up to 50 pounds, with up to 8 hours of standing or walking.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift/move up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
