Job summary

Vans is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service, sharing product knowledge, and driving in-store sales with a customer-first mindset.

The role supports peak season with potential to transition to regular employment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued.
• Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.
