Shoe Palace is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates in Windcrest, TX for part-time and full-time roles. You will help customers find shoes, provide a positive shopping experience, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly store environment.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, reliable, fashion-conscious, and comfortable talking to customers. Weekend availability is required; benefits include flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old (16+ with work permit).
• OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING WEEKENDS is required.
• Outgoing and friendly with customers.
• Interest in fashion and footwear is a plus.
• Driven to perform and succeed.

• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome!

It would be great but not completely necessary to have…

• Customer service experience

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Compensation:

Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-Time) pay range: $10.00 - $10.00 per hour. This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
