Job summary

Shoe Palace is seeking friendly Retail Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales across its California stores. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with flexible schedules, a fun work environment, and opportunities to grow within a nationally trusted athletic footwear retailer.

The Role

About you…

• 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Fun and outgoing
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect!
• A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome!

It would be great but not completely necessary to have…

• Customer service experience
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Compensation:

Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-Time) pay range: $16.90 - $16.90 per hour. This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
